“In The Sand” is the third 2025 installment for Stefano “S-Tone Inc.” Tirone, another solid step forward towards a new full-length album planned for next Autumn on Schema Records.
“In The Sand” is a 80s rare groove classic originally written by the British band iLevel, and it’s here given a lush post-disco treatment in a perfect S-Tone Inc. style, sounding like it was composed by Stefano himself: his arrangement, in fact, sets the tone of a danceable rhythm that immediately puts the listener on a sunny exotic beach.
This track features once again Julia St. Louis on vocals – recently seen on the previous single “Pressure” – and Marco Brioschi on trumpet, whose melodies beautifully recreate the Caribbean style of the original song.
“In the Sand” will also be available in April 2025 on a 7-inch record, coupled with the unreleased original track “Tudo Pra Ela” (Everything for Her), featuring Toco on vocals.
