S-Tone Inc.’s second 2025 single is once again characterized by the presence Brazilian artist Toco as a special guest.
“Longe De Voce” (Far Away From You) harmoniously combines a smooth downtempo funky groove with Toco’s delicate and captivating vocals, creating a unique and mesmerising contrast. The song starts with a dreamy trumpet melody played by Marco Brioschi, before growing rhythmically from a CR-78 Roland drum machine to a wiggly disco funky, a progression backed by a dynamic slap bass line that brings action and energy to the music arrangement.
The lyrics tell about a romantic meeting on the beach happened time ago and remarks the inevitable nostalgia (saudade) resurfacing from those recollections.
